To develop a plant requires a new solution, a solution that makes improve performance, reduce bottlenecks, speed up production lines and reduce the losses and failures. It is therefore essential that the solution be based on accurate data and real-time, and is therefore absolutely essential correct and objective measurement of yields and real losses in production. Working in close collaboration with other companies, we have developed a solution able to measure and analyse the performance of teams in real time, helping companies to improve the functioning of their factories and achieve greater return on assets (ROA) and investment (ROI). An increase of 1% OEE can dramatically increase profits, which could mean thousands of euros per machine and millions per facility or production unit. All those involved in production, from operators, middle and senior management; they need specific information about the production and performance. Typically, an operator will be interested by the machine that is in charge and the work orders during his shift, supervisors for their part, need a vision for the whole team who are responsible, and the production manager will want to compare the goals with actual production. The frequency of failures, detailed histories of machines and waiting times between failures are invaluable information for the maintenance personnel and their leaders. Finally heads of plant or factory will want to assess KPI indicators (Key Performance Indicators) to help them make strategic decisions for improvement. |

The Produktika technology gathers information on execution times from control systems and equipment autonomous, and can communicate with existing machine control units. Other data on maintenance plans, identification of operators, or shortages of raw materials can be obtained through scanners, RFID (radio frequency identifiers) or other sources of the highest level (management systems). |
